Updated ant jar file with a fix for a problem with resolving prefixed

dependencies that have the name of the prefix as another part of their
dependency name. E.g. the dependency is "common.retail.assemble" and the
project has an imported prefix of "retail". The depedency becomes
"retail.common.retail.assemble" which needs to have retail stripped from
the front. Only problem is that "retail." was being removed from the
WHOLE string, not just the front. Fixed now.
