Introduce focused end-to-end tests restored from develop to validate schema advertisement and tool invocation wiring. Intentionally test-only to land independently.

Update FEATURE_CHECKLIST.md with PR #45 link and set logs/CURRENT_TASK.md to reflect active monitoring of the integration tests PR. No code changes on develop.
