the semantics around non-blocking I/O are very confusing.
and clean up the s2n_Extension.

Obviously, setup.py needs to probe for the existence of the s2n library. |

Note: I am putting _s2n.pyx into its own separate python module, my intention is to have shrapnel probe for that module. Watch for samrushing/cys2n. |

Note: this code will not work correctly until aws/s2n-tls#165 is addressed.
If you would like to test it now, use samrushing/s2n to get the 3-line patch.
Only the most basic of testing has been done. Using s2n/test/{serve.py,openssl_client.py} I can open multiple client connections and funnel about 8MB/s through two clients simultaneously. No client testing from s2n has been tried yet.
