• data: folder which contains temporary data of scripts
• src: folder with data mining and processing scripts
• whitelist: folder which calculates whitelists
• reports: summary of various regressions
• R: all analytical r-scripts
• network: folder for the network analysis

Instructions

Start with "R" folder and Ds_Creation scripts, when you could use other scripts to calculate parameters of interest.
