Initial release contains matchup generation + modern UI. Still many bugs in here. But usable.

There are still many bugs in this release, and it is intended only for the curious user.

Note that when this application loads mods it will store information on disk at %localappdata\DowUmg

Other than that, the app can easily be used by simply extracting the folder and running the executable.
