Improve new language flow (rkkr#294)

* add multiple select to add and remove languages and don't open language specific screen by default (don't behave like a wizard)

* hide the remove button when it isn't relevant

* allow unchecking the only enabled subtype while still always keeping at least one subtype enabled

* don't allow a language to be removed by disabling all of the subtypes

* minor clean up

* remove duplicate code for the multi choice dialogs

* add the "remove" string back

* disable the only checked subtype preference when there is only one checked
