GOMtv decided to make some changes. Updating to fix.

The only qualities available now are HQ and SQ. XML regex parsing needs
to be applied like it used to with SQTest.

We seem to have made a breakthrough! GOMstreamer now works with the help

of wget or curl, depending on the platform.

Lets hope GOM don't mess with the streams any time soon...

Fixed autoplay on OSX. Includes a simple rearrangement of arguments and

replacing colons with double-dashes. Odd that it
would work fine on Linux & Windows but not OSX.

If an incorrect stream quality is given, GOMstreamer will now handle the

error correctly.

Updated to work with the GSL TL1. Should work if GOM don't make any

changes to their website.

Cleaned up the logic for OS detection. Determining any problems should

be easier now that there are better debug messages and exception
handling.

Stable release for GSL Season 3 live streams.
