media-sound/gnome-music-3.24.2: lock to tracker-1

configure.ac explicitly only asks for tracker-1. It might be possible to patch it to accept tracker-2 as well without issues. 3.26.x however does need at least tracker-2 due to new tracker:title-order() SPARQL function usage.
