Hello there, I'm kalsicum. My main interests are low-level software engineering and also graphics programming.

I usually work on random projects for my own personal use, but still feel free to open any issues, PRs or suggestions. I'll probably get back to them in around 1-2 days depending on if I check my email or not.

My goto programming language is zig, though I also like to program in C, rust, haskell and nix (for nixos configurations and flakes). I do also know python, java and C# (though somewhat reluctantly).

Programs I use (you don't have to do the same, it's just what I currently use)

  • the OS that is use is NixOS with nix flakes (heres my dotfile flake)
  • my desktop manager is Hyprland
  • i theme i use for everything is GruvBox
  • my terminal emulator is kitty
  • my preferred shell is zsh
  • the multiplexer i use is zellij
  • the text editor i use is helix
  • i only really use FOSS software and CLIs
