Fix the problem that the mouse may hit twice when click

鼠标单击修复器

利用Windows API HOOK将过快的两次点击屏蔽掉。

可以用于修复鼠标微动开关损坏造成的鼠标单击变双击的问题。

当然它还不是很完美，例如选定操作中如果鼠标发生动作那么选定将会终止，但暂时没有解决方案。
