That includes:

Energy data disclosures (from 2021), downloaded from NYC Open Data (with separate data dictionary) This shows the energy consumption data for all buildings over 25,000 square feet in New York City.
Lobbying disclosure data. Manually compiled from lobbying disclosures downloaded from the Office of the City Clerk.
Energy consumption data (by sector) downloaded from the Mayor's Office of Climate and Environmental Justice

exploration.ipynb contains exploratory analysis of the energy data disclosures
energy_consumption_chart.ipynb contains the code to chart emissions by sector
