How to use this repo?

• File r_ladies_rpres.Rpres contains slides in RMD file
• File r_ladies_rpres.html has the html file which can be viewed in the browser
• Script examples_from_slides.R contains all the example scripts
• Script preprocess.R does some filtering to make sure the data contains the least NAs
