For each SciPy review and update the substitutions in the two templates
for inviting reviewers to review the abstracts and papers::

  invite-abstract-reviews.rst
  invite-paper-reviews.rst

Generate the invite to review the abstracts::

  rst2html.py invite-abstract-reviews.rst > invite-abstract-reviews.rst

Generate the invite to review the papers as well as the review template::

  rst2html.py invite-paper-reviews.rst >  invite-paper-reviews.rst
  rst2html.py review-template.rst > review-template.html
