This project provides tools to implement an analytical pipeline to describe and compare microbiomes.

Download pipeline.sh file

Make pipeline.sh file executable

chmod +x pipeline.sh

Excute the pipeline

bash -i pipeline.sh params-file.yaml qiime2-conda-envname
