1.) Install GitLyn  (Window > Install New Software... > Add > http://www.kuppe.org/uploads/gitlyn)
- Make sure to uncheck "Group items by category"

2.) Follow one of the ways to active JDT weaving outlined at
http://wiki.eclipse.org/JDT_weaving_features#Turning_on_JDT_Weaving_manually

3.) If it does not work for you, contribute resources to bug #329515:
