Setup

• replace REPLACEMENT_WORD in Makefile and run make replace.
• IMAGES_URL in Makefile
• title in _variables.yml
• subtitle in _variables.yml
• license in _variables.yml
• update license information in README.md and _variables.yml
• doi in _variables.yml
• date in index.qmd
• verify Quarto version in .github/workflows/publish.yml
