This script was written to extract the figures from the New York Times article The Toll in Gaza and Israel, Day by Day. I missed a simple bar plot in the article so I creted this script to generate it daily.
It generates the following plot:
United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (Palestinian deaths); Israel Defense Forces (Palestinian rocket attacks, Israeli airstrikes, Israeli deaths)
