convenience: add pyarrow to polars install (#3292)

If you don't install pyarrow, Marimo will throw a `ModuleNotFoundError`
and ask you to install pyarrow.

Fix is to follow this guide:
https://duckdb.org/docs/guides/python/polars.html

Not sure if we can update the versioning of the packages.
