* Rewrite tool to avoid flattening the structure at the beginning of the process. Support "-edited" media files. Simplify output structure

* Support media files containing counter numbers e.g. foo(1).jpg should reference foo.jpg(1).json

* Update README

* Ignore .idea folder

* Bump version number, add changelog
