NFT Marketplace with Auction and Royalties

This project demonstrates an ERC-721 based NFT Marketplace with the following features:

• Minting unique NFTs.
• Listing NFTs for sale with optional royalty distribution.
• Auctioning NFTs with bidding and automatic fund distribution.
• Original creators receive a percentage of sales in secondary markets (royalties).
