• Fixed a silly mistake causing the entire mod to not work (unless you used the PAL version)
• Fixed the starting entrance position in 4-1
• Removed a duplicate pipe entry in 4-4

Note: This version makes changes to the entrance list and/or random function, thus causing the randomization to differ from previous versions even when using the same seed.
