Added subsections to the frameworks section for servers/clients.

Description

Motivation and Context

Didn't have a place to put the codemirror extension that is tooling/framework for using MCP servers / making a client.

Types of changes

• Bug fix (non-breaking change which fixes an issue)
• New feature (non-breaking change which adds functionality)
• Breaking change (fix or feature that would cause existing functionality to change)
• Documentation update

Checklist
