Implementing UNION distinct. It differs a bit from the initial design, I applied some of the things we did for SELECT DISTINCT such as using the
__groupKey{}alias.Added tests to confirm behavior, removed
skip_reasonsfrom the existing union distinct tests and moved them intodistinct.yml
