Why

The attached program is the submittal of the design template in html format to demostrate responsive design.

Directions

1. Create the parent folder that all files will be stored
2. Create a sub-folder called "css"
3. Create a sub-folder called "img"
4. upload all .jpg and png files to the img folder
5. Upload bootstrap.css and style.css to the css folder
6. Upload the index.html file to the parent folder.
7. Open the index.html file in your web browser
