Changes to Napatech NTACC PMD
Timestamp in mbufs changed to support the new dynamic timestamp
The DPDK community has moved the timestamp variable to the dynamic area in the mbuf struct.
Support for RTE_ETH_FILTER_HASH removed
The DPDK community has removed the RTE_ETH_FILTER_HASH subcommands.
DO_NOT_CREATE_DEFAULT_FILTER removed
A default catch all filter is not created at startup anymore.
rte_eth_promiscuous_enable has to be used to create a catch all filter.
rte_eth_promiscuous_disable has to be used to delete the catch all filter.
rte_flow_isolate can still be used to delete and create the default filter.
Jumbo packet handling is corrected.
The mbuf counters mbuf->data_len and mbuf->pkt_len has been corrected, so they will contain the right data if there is not enough mbufs to contain a jumbo packet.
Support for adapters NT100A01 and NT50B01
Support has beed added for the new adapters NT100A01 and NT50B01.
