for NSE

Copy "scrape_test.xlsx", "run_scraper.bat" and "scraper.jar" into same download location folder.
Ensure you have a working JDK env. (Go to https://www.oracle.com/in/java/technologies/downloads/ and download & install the latest JDK installer(x64 Installer), Edit the env variables after that)
Now simply run the "run_scraper.bat" file by double clcking on it.
After successfull run, an output file with time stamp will be created.
Need to check the cmd console for failure messages & if the script is running or not.
