Really not sure why it also picked the input fix commit again 🤔 Doesn't affect final changes though, so squash merge should be fine. |

Selects first GPU from found ones, then picks a known working encoder for GPU vendor and wanted codec. Requires gstreamer 1.24 at minimum for latest NVENC presets (and AMF if that ever starts working).
Requires testing!
