the --stat_RMSE flag is provided. This required the 3D reconstruction
of the objects (evtl. for each percentile) even when the --CSV output
is specified.

Only tested for Buildings, but implemented for all feature classes.

Eventually the --stat_RMSE flag will be moved to the config file.
