First (somewhat) usable version

This version can:

• Tail files
• Extract useful from the message using regular expression
• Decide which messages should be dropped
• Send these files to stdout

Other features that are mostly untested:

• Listen to stdin for messages
• Listen to syslog for messages
• Send events to statsd
• Send events to rabbitmq/amqp
