- Translations added only for timezones where native speakers live (information obtained from 'countries' gem) - Added fi, no, sv and th locales - Added NN and NB timezones into no.yml

As far as i see, tests requires me to transalte all AR timezones. At this point it is very difficult, so it seems that this PR should be either delayed or fi no sv and th basic translations should be separated into another PR / probably live forever in fork's branch. So i can remove all parts of this PR you are not interested in and leave changes in my fork's branch, if you want |
