This fixes:
TestNestedJoins
TestDuplicateMany2ManyAssociation
TestMany2ManyDuplicateBelongsToAssociation
TestGenericsNestedJoins
TestQueryResetNullValue
This fixes the situation where we have a time.Time field but we want it to be null. It used to be that when we do that, the returning value isn't null but rather the default zero value (e.g. 0000-00-00 00:00:00). The issue was in createTypedDestination()
