It combines nutrition tracking and workout monitoring with AI-aided camera capabilities to offer personalized feedback and recommendations. Users can create and share food and workout programs with the community within the app, fostering a supportive and collaborative environment. Additionally, the app provides real-time nutritional values of foods through the AI-aided camera and creates personalized nutrition programs tailored to each user’s needs.
