AI messages can sometimes take a while to generate (especially when using the GPT-4 model).
This PR adds an indicator that the user's message has been acknowledged and is being worked on through the form of the "typing" notification on Discord. This prevents scenarios where its not clear whether OpenAI is taking its time or the bot is experiencing issues.
