Change default OpenCL device to "0" (=off)

Mark (non-) linearRF flag as experimental -> v1.1 RC1

To properly evaluate this feature (Inovesa#45), unit testing would be useful.
As unit testing is not available for v1.1, it seems the beast plan to
postpone the evaluation to v1.1.
