MakeQR

Make QR codes on a commandline / ssh console.

This is a simple tool that will output QR codes to your terminal. It has built-in support for TOTP secret keys (a la Google Authenticator). I got a new phone and needed to enter in a lot of TOTP secrets and this saved a lot of squinting and typing, and saved me from sending my secrets across the internet to an online QR code generator.

It's pretty trivial, and essentially a one-off for this situation. But I couldn't find code for it when I needed it, so here ya go!

Installation and Usage

$ go get github.com/pbnjay/makeqr
