This closes#931 by updating the documentation to show the proper option to set in the wmr.config.js file so that the build issue described in that bug issue does not happen.

This looks correct to me. @marvinhagemeister I think we had talked about consolidating these, but IIRC currently public was the configuration property we had intended folks to change, not root (which was basically cwd).
