Correction in .gitignore so it does not ignore build folder in docs

By adding build/ in gitignore, the 'build' folder in root (from PYPI dist/wheel) and
the folder called 'build' in docs (from Sphinx) are both being ignored.
The change is being made so that build folder in docs is not ignored.
