Thanks, we've been missing this for a long time!

Shall we start off mentioning the 🔨 test-with-buildbots and 🔨 test-with-refleak-buildbots labels, and link to https://cpython-devguide--1605.org.readthedocs.build/triage/labels/#labels-specific-to-prs? That's the easiest way to trigger the whole lot. Need to mention permissions here.

And let's mention permissions about the comment early, it's not so helpful people reading that, trying it, and then discovering they can't use it.
