* Add websocket destination

Merge pull request #342 from quixio/develop

Updates to:
 - QR app - Add rider and device ID to QR code data
 - Most library items wording and naming has been normalized
 - Updated the basic templates for source, destination and transformation to use the new [QuixStreams](https://github.com/quixio/quix-streams) client library
