Purpose

The purpose of this Real Estate Property Management System (REPMS) is to improve management of real estate residential and commercial property leased to tenants.

Scope & Description

The REPMS should enable a real estate company to keep a record of its property and all transactions related to rental and maintenance processes. Documents supporting the transactions should be uploaded in the system or generated from records stored in the system. Tenants should have secure access to view their lease information, submit maintenance requests, pay rent and/or upload proof of payment.
