re-sync release

New features:

• DVR-108 support
• DVR-K13 support (untested)
• XL ↔ plain conversion protection
• Autodetection of supported devices (when ran without parameters)
• Use of fPLScsi 1.1 for more generic device support with recent Linux kernel
• Longer device names

Fixes:

• DVR-103 should now be properly supported on Windows (?)
• Additional security checks
