fix: doc links

[my8bit]

When you are on the Agent tutorial the link leads to the 500 page because the name of the files didn't match. They have to have the number of the chapter prefix

Steps to reproduce:

• Got to: https://ts.llamaindex.ai/docs/llamaindex/guide/agents/5_rag_and_tools
• scroll down and try to redirect to Llamaparse from this link

Great! Now let's improve accuracy by improving our parsing with LlamaParse.

Actual result:
500 error page

Expected result:
You are redirected to https://ts.llamaindex.ai/docs/llamaindex/guide/agents/6_llamaparse

There are a few places in the documentation that is in the PR that improves the fixes this and improves the navigation experience
