Compiled to latest changes of @irixxxx's PicoDrive until git 071a9e5, using RetroArch Wii GUI v1.7.6.
Settings are saved in the boot.dol directory as retroarch.cfg
BIOS files goes into [device_root]:/retroarch/system/
