Algotithm:

1. Program starts with the starting of the computer.
2. Asks the user, application he/she wants to run.
3. Or by default gives certain number of choices and user has to choose one.
4. Program, continuosly reads the serial port and checks for the input.
5. If the input comes in, program intiates a subprocess, which runs a particular command sent by the user.
6. User can almost do everything using his voice commands and this program.
