Documentation Guidelines

• Each major area is identified by a topic folder
• Topic folders can have their own strucuture
• Each topic folder has a Home.md which should summarize the reading strucure under different topics and sub sections.
• A reader should be able to navigate and explore the artciles from Home.md of the resepcted folder
• Use meanigful tags for the each document for improved search.
• All documentation SHOULD be in .md format - unless there's a viable strong argument for not to use it.
• Use GitHub Issues section for the discussions.
• Provide improvements to the guidelines ;)
