Update troubleshooting-and-faqs.md

Add kernel 5.15 section. Wasn't sure of exactly which release featured kernel 5.15 first but I figured 102 is the oldest release anyone should be running anyway so it was a safe option

Several kernels can be enabled throught the configuration menu:
- kernel 5.4: Default kernel which is considered to be the most stable.
