Regenerate schema for Serverless 2.23.0

Ran the sls schema command to sync with latest serverless spec (adds support for nodejs14.x)

Hi @apancutt and thanks for your PR :)

However, PRs including modification to index.d.ts will not be accepted on this repo (see https://github.com/serverless/typescript#contributing).
The trigger to run the sls schema command is a github dispatchRepository event.

I just proceeded with releasing v2.23 -> https://github.com/serverless/typescript/runs/1857915959?check_suite_focus=true

nodejs14;x is now available.
