Internal Workshop on Exploratory Data Analysis

First we will introduce Theoretical concepts on data representation and issue to be considered. During the hands on sessions, you will learn how to use the python for visual data analysis.

The target audience are IDS@UM staff who are interested in data science with enthusiasm on Reproducible Science at Maastricht University.

Environment setup

1. Install python
2. Install docker
3. run python run_docker_jupyter.py
4. navigate to localhost:4545 on your browser

If you are using windows, you can run the clean_docker file to tidy up your environment after running this tutorial provided you did not have previous docker jobs before starting the tutorial
