Welcome to the Ettercap wiki!
This wiki is designed to provide both novice and advance user with various background information regarding Ettercap. It is just as Ettercap a community project and contributions are highly appreciated. It is deemed as an extension to the information available on Ettercap's man page.
Page titles are organized/categorized in a COMPONENT:SUBCOMPONENT:TITLE fashion, where COMPONENT represent a main category (such as Ettercap, Plugin or Development), SUBCOMPONENT representing the a subcategory (e.g. Unified Sniffing, Arpcop or Cross compiling), followed by an (optional) TITLE summarizing the scope of the page (IP forwarding, Arpcop's limitations, FreeBSD).
This way, pages will be better organized as they are not only sorted alphabetically, but also in sections.
