FMS - Flexible Migration Service

FMS is a managed migration service provided by Microsoft to migrate databases from Azure database for PostgreSQL Single server to Azure Database for PostgreSQL Flexible server.

Currently it offers offline mode of migration, the details of which can be found inside the OFFLINE folder.
